A visual and highly intuitive front-end software - makes digital cutting easier and more productive than ever before.
Click, Point and Drag the mouse over the screen and your Zünd cutter will follow your thougts - immediately!
Cut-it software controls Zünd cutters through a very userfriendly interface - where operators are safely guided through the steps of cutting. Optimal production capacity is reached through interactive and graphic "what you see is what you get" features where all parameters can be altered dynamically on-the-fly withour having to stop and restart. Cut files are displayed in dimensions related to the actual machine size and images on screen shows the active tools, knifes and blades on the cutter. A "tool bar" at the bottom of the screen and "function keys" on the PC keyboard are easily setup and customized to short-cut functions.

Cut-it comes with a powerful build-in "Adobe Illustrator" like Cut Editor. The Cut Editor is used for last minute changes and production preparations and is accesible to prepare and queue next jobs while cutter is running production.

A complete media library with more than 50 different materials are included in Cut-it. Each media contains all necessary settings for cutting, such as speed, accelleration, pressure, tool, knife blade or router bit etc. For graphic applications the medias further includes a complete set of "prepress" settings for how to include register marks, barcodes, nesting etc. Cut-it users manages the media library to display, create, dublicate and download just those media that is in use! Medias are optimized and maintained with experience from more than 25 years of digital cutting insuring that your Zünd cutter runs optimal in your material / application.

Cut-it Vision includes optical camera registration technology that ensures superior cut precision - accurate and relative to the graphics printed. All printing comes with distortions - some more than others. With Cut-it Vision connected to your Zünd cutter, you will be able to compensate all distortions - no matter if working with screen printed decals, POP displays or 3 meter wide dyesublimation textiles.
