The Zünd marker/cutter is the most reliable combination machine for direct cutting in leather and textile as well as cutting patterns and templates. The system is built for 24-hour operation, with extremely low operating and maintenance costs.
Wherever there is a demand for individuality, flexibility, and high productivity, Zünd has the perfect solution. The conveyor system, in conjunction with an optional integrated off-load table (conveyor extension) permits continuous cutting of e.g. synthetic leather, fabrics, and other rolled materials. Because of the accuracy of the feeding system it is no problem to cut parts that are longer than the table. Some materials can even be cut in multiple plies.
For leather applications we offer dedicated systems which are ideal for meeting the precision requirements in cutting leather parts for vehicle and aircraft interiors as well as shoes, bags or clothing. In conjunction with appropriate cutting and nesting software and a projection system, the Zünd is guaranteed to deliver optimal material usage.
