The automated production facilitates your work and offers faster material processing with higher profit, especially when processing in large numbers. Choose the option fitting to your system: automatic material feeder, mechanical material transport or continuous material loading and unloading during processing. The different automation of the laser systems is based on your requirements and considers your application as well as the processed material and the process environment.

Shuttle Table System - Doubling your productivity! Loading and unloading during cutting process - increased system duty. Easier accessibility of the pieces produced by moving the materials support. Increasing effeciency by minimising downtime. Easy handling. At the moment the Shuttle Table is available for the new systems M-800 and M-1600. Because of the simple installation the system can also be used with only one table module engaged. The modular concept of the Eurolaser laser cutting systems allows the using of the Shuttle Table System with laser power from 60W - 600W. It is also combinable with other options, for example the raster engraving system or the camera vision system.

Conveyor System - Automatic material feed for the endless processing of textiles! An increase in productivity thanks to loading an unloading during the cutting process. Available with conveyor extension table - allows removal of cut out pieces on the extension table during the cutting process. The material feed is stretching-free. Optional with camera vision for automatic production of printed textiles. Processing of very large formats by edgeless continuation of cuts possible.

Feeding Unit The feeding unit is another optional feature for the conveyor, allowing further automation of textile laser processing. The material is forwarded from the coil to the laser system where it is cut. The automatic edge control of the feeding unit ensures a constant material allignment and thus continuously precise high quality cuts - meter by meter. The material feed is stretching-free, and the contactless laser processing leads to excellent results.

Remote Operation - The alternating operation for a better system duty! Loading and unloading during the cutting process. Increasing efficiency by minimising downtime. Safety concept for a riskless material change. The advantage is to cut or engrave the placed material in the front area, while you unload the finished pieces and reload directly on the rear table surface. The laser changes automatically between the two processing areas, thus having the system in operation almost 100%.
