Design  Find and download the v-cut picture frame in the Customer Area. The picture frame is available in different sizes. Choose a picture or make your own personal design in Adobe Photoshop or another preferred design program. Scale the picture to fit the size of the picture frame. Insert the picture on top of the cut lines in Adobe Illustrator or similar program. Then, manually prepare the file for print and cut – or have Prepare-it to do it automatically for you!   Material - supplied by 3A Composites. The material has a canvas like surface which creates a exclusive look when printed on a flatbed printer.

Custom made packaging Create your own custom made packaging in just a few minutes with Impact Designer. Simply choose a template, type in the dimensions of the box and you can now cut the custom packaging on your Zünd cutter at a very low cost – no minimum quantity required.

Production Print the KapaTex material in any flatbed printer and cut it on your Zünd G3 cutter. The cutting process can also be automated with Move-it. You can find the specific cutting parameters in the Customer Area.
