Grafisk produktion uden loft!<\/h1>\n

InPrint is a family-owned Graphic business, situated in Kolding, Denmark. It was founded by Niels-J\u00f8rgen Nielsen in 1999, and later joined by his son S\u00f8ren Nielsen. Together they operate and develop the company, which employs 20 people.<\/p>\n

InPrint originally started as a traditional offset-print house. Today they include large-format print too \u2013 and are everything but traditional!<\/p>\n

The company is specialized in shop-decoration and campaign-materials \u2013 preferably in large sizes, amounts, and volume! No challenges are too difficult or specialized \u2013 no materials are unproven! Creativity and ingenuity are tested to the limits. To meet the customers’ creative needs, they even have a special workshop for developing forms and testing products<\/p>\n<\/div>

Grafisk virksomhed med h\u00f8jt til loftet<\/span><\/h1>\n

InPrint er en familieejet grafisk virksomhed i Kolding. Den blev stiftet af Niels-J\u00f8rgen Nielsen i 1999. Med tiden blev s\u00f8nnen S\u00f8ren Nielsen inddraget i virksomheden, og de to k\u00f8rer nu parl\u00f8b i driften og udvikling af virksomheden, som besk\u00e6ftiger 20 ansatte.<\/span><\/p>\n

InPrint startede oprindeligt som et traditionelt offset-trykkeri, og er sidenhen vokset til storformat print ogs\u00e5. Men er alt andet end traditionel.<\/span><\/p>\n

InPrint specialiserer sig i butiksdekoration og kampagnemateriale \u2013 gerne i store m\u00e6ngder og volumen! Ingen udfordringer er for sv\u00e6re eller specielle \u2013 intet materiale g\u00e5r upr\u00f8vet hen! Kreativitet og h\u00e5ndv\u00e6rk bliver afpr\u00f8vet til det yderste. Virksomheden har et v\u00e6rksted alene til udvikling af specielle forme og formater som kan opfylde kundernes kreative behov.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Sp\u00f8rger man S\u00f8ren Nielsen, hvorfor valget faldt p\u00e5 Z\u00fcnd er svaret klart! Kvalitet og funktionalitet. Han ved godt de kunne have k\u00f8bt billigere \u2013 men driftsikkerhed, support og omstillingshastighed vejede tungest. <\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n<\/div>

From paper to multi-material<\/h2>\n

For printing InPrint use different printers and plotters; Durst UV. HP-Latex and Epson. For cutting, they only use Z\u00fcnd Cutters.<\/p>\n

They bought their first cutter, a G3 L-2500 from Z\u00fcnd Skandinavien (ZSK) in 2012. As the company grew and the flow of jobs increased, the cutter became a bottleneck for the production.<\/p>\n

So when it was decided to buy a new cutter, it had to be one with greater capacity and volume. The choice fell on the Z\u00fcnd G3 3XL-2500 large-format cutter, which can handle rolls of 3,2 m in width, and boards of 3,2 x 2,5 meters.<\/p>\n

Quality and functionality at the top!<\/h2>\n

Time is of the essence when it comes to production. The less time a job takes \u2013 the better!<\/p>\n

An automatic tool-change is another important issue for InPrint. Their jobs are very diverse \u2013 and frequent change of tools a part of everyday life. The materials used vary immensely \u2013 ranging from foil, cardboard, textiles, wood, and metal to acrylics, alu-composites, and plastic.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Fra papir til multi-materialer<\/span><\/h2>\n

InPrint b\u00e5de printer og sk\u00e6rer. Til at printe har de Durst UV-, HP Latex- og Epson-printere, og til at sk\u00e6re har de to Z\u00fcnd sk\u00e6remaskiner.<\/span><\/p>\n

InPrint startede oprindeligt med en Z\u00fcnd G3 L-2500, men i takt med at m\u00e6ngden af opgaver bare voksede og voksede, blev sk\u00e6redelen en flaskehals for produktionen. S\u00e5 da en ny maskine skulle k\u00f8bes, skulle det v\u00e6re med mulighed for at k\u00f8re en st\u00f8rre volumen igennem, s\u00e5 valget faldt p\u00e5 en Z\u00fcnd G3 3XL-2500 storformat sk\u00e6remaskine, som kan tage ruller op til 3,2 m bredde og plader op til 3,2 meter x 2,5 meter.

Kvalitet og funktionalitet i h\u00f8js\u00e6de<\/span><\/h2>\n

Tid er alfa og omega. Jo kortere tid operat\u00f8ren skal bruge til hvert enkelt job \u2013 jo bedre.<\/span><\/p>\n

Automatisk skift af v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer er ligeledes vigtigt for InPrint, da opgaverne er mangfoldige og hyppige materialeskift en del af hverdagen. De bruger materialer s\u00e5 forskelligartede som bl.a. folie, pap, tr\u00e6, metal, alu-composite, l\u00e6der, plast og akryl. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

“The next best thing we’ve ever bought is the new 3,6 kW router \u2013 that literally ploughs<\/span> through everything”. We couldn’t help asking what the best purchase then was? “The cutter of course” S\u00f8ren answers with a smile.<\/span><\/p>\n

Robot relieves the operator<\/span><\/h2>\n

InPrint bought a robot to relief the physical workload of the operators. And since it’s arrival \u2013 it has moved approximately 19,000 items! A considerable saving in time as well as in workload.<\/span><\/p>\n

Det n\u00e6stbedste k\u00f8b<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u201dDen n\u00e6stbedste ting vi nogensinde har k\u00f8bt, er den nye 3,6 kW fr\u00e6ser, som stort set pl\u00f8jer igennem alt!\u201d siger S\u00f8ren. S\u00e5 falder sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let naturligvis p\u00e5 hvad det bedste er; \u201dSk\u00e6rebordet\u201d er svaret!<\/span><\/p>\n

Robotteknologi for at g\u00f8re arbejdet lettere<\/span><\/h2>\n

InPrint k\u00f8bte en robot til sk\u00e6remaskinen for at lette arbejdet for operat\u00f8ren. Og siden den er kommet til, er han lettet for 19.000 l\u00f8ft! En betydelig lettelse af arbejdet \u2013 og besparelse af tid!<\/span><\/p>\n

When the talk falls on InPrint’s relationship to Z\u00fcnd Skandinavien \u2013 we start in 2012, when they decided to buy their first cutter. The fundament of strong and close cooperation started there \u2013 and has continued to the present day.<\/p>\n

“We don’t consider ZSK as a supplier \u2013 but as a partner. They know everything about their products and are happy and quick to help with anything big or small.<\/p>\n

As when one of the cutters began making “dak-dak” noises, we called Dennis. He suggested adjusting a little on a screw, and like magic, the noise was gone! They really know what they are doing”.<\/p>\n

“We speak the same technical language, and we never feel abandoned. Where sometimes with our other machines, we get thrown from supporter to supporter. ZSK is always present, familiar and very fast to respond.<\/p>\n

\u201dDe ved hvad de har med at g\u00f8re\u201d!<\/span><\/h1>\n

Samarbejdet med Z\u00fcnd startede i 2012, da InPrint k\u00f8bte deres f\u00f8rste Z\u00fcnd sk\u00e6remaskine. Sp\u00f8rger man S\u00f8ren om deres forhold til ZSK, svarer han: \u201dVi ser ikke ZSK som leverand\u00f8rer \u2013 men som samarbejdspartnere. De ved alt om deres produkter, og hj\u00e6lper lynhurtigt med alt fra stort til sm\u00e5t.<\/span><\/p>\n

Som f.eks. da vores ene maskine begyndte at sige \u201ddak-dak\u201d lyde. Vi ringede til Dennis fra ZSK, som bad os justere p\u00e5 en skrue \u2013 og v\u00e6k var lyden! De ved bare hvad de har med at g\u00f8re!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Han forts\u00e6tter \u201dVi taler samme tekniske sprog, og man f\u00f8ler sig aldrig efterladt. Hvor vi oplever at blive kastet rundt fra supporter til supporter p\u00e5 nogle af vores andre maskiner, er ZSK altid n\u00e6rv\u00e6rende og lynhurtige til at reagere\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
