BrandFactory invests in a new Z\u00fcnd cutter and expands capacity<\/h2>\n
By Daniel Redner (Production Manager).<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n\u201dIn the spring of 2019, BrandFactory invested in a Z\u00fcnd G3 for the production unit in Link\u00f6ping. The purpose was to increase production capacity. Having experienced the success of this installation, BrandFactory has now invested in a new large Z\u00fcnd G3 Cutter for the factory in Farsta also.<\/span><\/p>\nBrandFactory in Farsta has formerly had three cutters. These will now be replaced by a Zund G3 XL instead.<\/span><\/p>\nFor us, there are many technical and practical benefits from using the same cutting system within the organisation. <\/span><\/p>\nWe have a strong focus on business development so we can share knowledge and improve work processes.<\/span><\/p>\nDespite a reduction from three cutting tables to one, the advantages are multiple.<\/span>The setup with Eye In The Sky, EIS Load Table and a table extension gives us an even greater capacity than we previously had with three tables. <\/span>We also get a reduction in our energy consumption, which complements our environmental- and quality work efforts.<\/span><\/p>\nWe follow market developments closely, and acknowledge the great importance in responding to our customers’ needs for graphic products and materials. <\/span>We need a modern machine park that enables progress and position, and that is exactly what Z\u00fcnd and Eye In The Sky does for us. <\/span>Thanks to this investment, we have now optimized our opportunities to efficiently produce and deliver with the highest quality.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>BrandFactory investerar i nytt Z\u00fcnd sk\u00e4rbord och ut\u00f6kar kapaciteten<\/h2>\n

Syftet var att ut\u00f6ka produktionskapaciteten. Med erfarenhet fr\u00e5n denna installation har BrandFactory nu ocks\u00e5 investerat i et nytt stort Z\u00fcnd G3 sk\u00e4rbord f\u00f6r fabriken i Farsta.<\/p>\n
BrandFactory i Farsta har historiskt haft tre sk\u00e4rbord. Dessa kommer nu att ers\u00e4ttas av en Zund G3 3XL-2500 i st\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n
Det finns m\u00e5nga f\u00f6rdelar med att anv\u00e4nda samma system inom organisationen, b\u00e5de tekniskt och praktiskt.<\/p>\n
Vi har stort fokus p\u00e5 aff\u00e4rsutveckling s\u00e5 att vi tillsammans kan dela kunskap och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra arbetsprocesser.<\/p>\n
Trots en minskning fr\u00e5n tre bord till ett, ger det oss m\u00e5nga f\u00f6rdelar. M\u00f6jligheterna med Eye In The Sky samt EIS Load Table och f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngning p\u00e5 bordet ger oss st\u00f6rre kapacitet \u00e4n vad vi tidigare haft med tre bord. Vi f\u00e5r \u00e4ven en minskning i v\u00e5r energif\u00f6rbrukning vilket ligger i linje med v\u00e5rt milj\u00f6- och kvalitetsarbete.<\/p>\n
Vi f\u00f6ljer marknadsutvecklingen noga och ser stor vikt i att lyssna in v\u00e5ra kunders behov av grafiska produkter och material. Vi beh\u00f6ver en modern maskinpark som m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r v\u00e5r framdrift och position, och det \u00e4r precis vad Zund och Eye In The Sky g\u00f6r. Tack vare denna investering, har vi nu optimerat v\u00e5ra m\u00f6jligheter att effektivt producera och leverera med h\u00f6gsta kvalit\u00e9t.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>
