The eight cutters are in use every day, all day. They are important for the business, and cannot be allowed to fall out of production for a longer period.

I call Zünd at the slightest problem. We use the Service & Support agreement for all issues, whatever the extent. By being on top of things when they occur – even the smallest – we avoid that they develop into more serious issues. Our cutters are never allowed to deteriorate in any way. For instance, we have a laser-cutter that is 19 years old, and it still runs flawlessly.
We have an annual service- and maintenance inspection included in our package, and of course many upcoming issues are weeded out here.
We have made careful calculations of the profitability of our Service & Support Agreement. However we look at it, having the agreement is the best investment for us and entirely worth the cost.”
