Designed to serve multiple cutters where needed, it helps automate to reduce operator intervention and cost.
Collaborative robot from Universal Robots
The Robot PortaTable consists of an integrated UR10e robot connected to Zünd software.
The robot is designed for use side-by-side with an operator.
Suction Cup Gripper
Robust gripper with 16 suction cups for picking objects from 50x50mm to 400x500mm* depending on application and substrate.
Laser pointer alignment
Laser pointer alignment for quick and easy re-connection to multiple cutters
Cutter Extensions
Extensions mounted front and rear gives the ability to cut while loading and unloading. On the rear extension, the sheet is accurately preloaded, and ready for cutting. On the front extension, cut sheets await unloading.
Cutting Area
Benefit from cutting while the robot is loading and unloading outside the cutter work area.
Gripper
Combi-gripper consisting of suction cups and vacuum plates for the purpose of loading and unloading sheets. The gripper offers great flexibility for sheet separation by utilizing the robot’s movements for lifting, tilting, turning, shaking, etc. All parameters are saved in software media profiles.
The gripper automatically adjusts its vacuum area depending on the sheet size.
Industrial ABB Robot
An industrial, fast, and adequate robot placed on ‘elephant-foot’ ready for floor mounting.
Easily controlled by Robotfactory software with a built-in remote support connection.
Load Stack
Floor-mounted pallet fixtures are used for easy placement of new material stacks.
Stack height up to 1,6m.
Unload Stack
Cut sheets are accurately unloaded from the cutter front extension onto a pallet. Stack height up to 1,6m.
Front Cutter Extensions
Parts collection, sorting, kitting, and packing can be handled by the operator directly on optional cutter extension while the robot operates the ‘loading tasks’. Or add an additional robot for automatic unloading.
Cutting Area
Benefit from cutting while the robot is loading and unloading outside the cutter work area.
Rear Cutter Extension
During cutting, the next sheet is accurately preloaded onto the rear cutter extension.
Gripper
Designed for reliable material handling. The gripper offers great flexibility for sheet separation by utilizing the robot’s movements for lifting, tilting, turning, shaking etc. All parameters are saved in software media profiles. Equipped with sensors for material stack detection.
Material stack
Increase capacity from having multi-stack production.
Floor-mounted fixtures are used for easy placement of new pallets.
Stack heights up to 2m depending on sheet size and layout.
