In the ZDC library, hundreds of templates are available and ready for use as designs in folding carton, corrugated cardboard, foam board, honeycomb display board, PP, PVC, and MDF.

Zünd cutters are state-of-the-art in terms of precision, endurance, and speed. A Zünd cutter is so user-friendly, that it can be operated by anyone. An example of this is the School of Architecture in Aarhus. Their cutters have over 640 different operators a year!

Automatic change of tools, flexible table solutions and intelligent automation-solutions make processing and finishing jobs faster, more secure and a lot easier. Every day we ask ourselves; What can we do to make cutting smarter and easier?

This question has led to development of smart automation process solutions. Eye in The Sky and EIS Load Table. Both are designed to make registering and cutting faster and more profitable. We also offer robotic solutions to load, unload and sort jobs automatically.

To launch specially developed projects we have a strong team of mechanical- and electronic engineers, programmers and project managers to take on any challenge, in case our standard solutions doesn’t fit.

Software specialists

We continually develop and distribute powerful hardware- and software solutions, to automatise the workflow around the digital cutter. Our flagship software Prepare-it and Cut-it have been with us from the start, and over the years evolved to perfection.

Prepare-it makes PRINT and CUT preparations easier and more efficient.
